Savor the balance of flavors and feel the push-and-pull contrasts that make this one of our most unusual, memorable sessions. The best part of pairing beer and chocolate is the journey – when you find a pairing that speaks to you, it can be pure magic!
Gail Ambrosius realized her dream of becoming a chocolatier in 2004, after the nudge of a lay-off notice from the State of Wisconsin, where Gail was a cartographer. Gail Ambrosius-Chocolatier has grown into a thriving neighborhood business, serving major restaurant and catering customers, web customers, and local fans who visit for “just one” dark chocolate truffle. Gail and her staff have been recognized by Oprah Magazine, Martha Stewart Living, Bon Appétit, More Magazine, The Food Network and countless bloggers. In 2012 Gail was named one of North America’s top 10 Chocolatiers by Dessert Professional Magazine. While all the press is great, we are happy to be here in Madison making chocolate for our neighbors and friends.
Hathaway Dilba is the Director of Promotions and Co-Owner of Ale Asylum. Her marketing career began in 1991 and includes experience in the fashion, fitness and fine art industries. When she’s not grumbling about the young whippersnappers on “The Facebook”, she is harassing the Ale Asylum kitchen staff for her next hot meal.
