New to fermenting? Want a quick introduction? Join Lou Bank and learn the basics of making a simple yogurt, vinegar, or hot sauce – or all three! No need to register, drop in and take a ten-minute hands-on tutorial, and walk away with a starter that will put you on the road to home fermenting.
