A Fabulous Fermented Feast! What better way to celebrate “a Live Culture Convergence” than a six-course dinner prepared and served by a sampling of South Central Wisconsin’s robust community of chefs, artisans, and producers.
This unique fermented feast welcomes special guest Sandor Katz, world renowned fermentation revivalist who will serve as the Feast’s culinary tour guide, introducing each course and its creators. Curated by Chef Kimberley Anderson, a culinary impresario who has worked with over a dozen participating growers and producers to curate the one-of-a-kind menu.
The Feast is the perfect end to a day on the Farm/Art Dtour celebrating the artistry of food, the alchemy of fermentation, and the choreography of farming.
