Space is limited for many classes; register early!

Cancellation Policy:

If class minimums are not met by Oct. 1, 2012, we will cancel the class, notify registrants and issue full refunds. If you cancel your registration before Sept. 17, we will retain a $5 cancellation fee and refund the balance.

After Sept. 17, 2012, your registration fee is not refundable. Switching classes after Oct. 1, including the day of class, is NOT possible.

How do I register?

• Online: Visit  Eventbrite, our online ticketing service. Pay by credit card to our PayPal™ account. There is an extra charge per class to register online, in addition to the fees listed in the class descriptions.

• By Mail: Complete and mail a registration form  with a check or money order payable to Wormfarm Institute. Mail to: Fermentation Fest, P.O. Box 625, Reedsburg, WI 53959. Please write ‘ferment class’ on memo line. Click here to download a registration form in pdf format. • In Person: Registration at headquarters during the festival if space is available – checks or cash only.

Check In

Check in is required on the day of your class at Fermentation Fest Headquarters at the Reedsburg Area Chamber Of Commerce, 240 Railroad St., Reedsburg. Pick up a registration packet with class location details no less than 30 minutes before your first class begins.

Class Locations

Nearly all classes and tastings will be held within a four-block area around downtown Reedsburg. Learn your class location at check-in the day of class.

Accessibility

Some class locations are not handicapped accessible and only have access by stairs. If this is an issue please email in early September when all locations will be finalized.
