Take home a sample made in class, plus stories, tips and recipes to share. Erin Schneider is an educator, organic farmer and co-owner of Hilltop Community Farm, a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) farm and market garden in La Valle, Wis., specializing in unusual fruits. She’s been preserving her garden’s bounty for 26 years.
