Field to Ferment

Located atop the beautiful Baraboo Bluffs, Four Elements Organic Farm is a 130-acre, diverse family farm growing specialty herbs, vegetables, grass fed beef, pastured poultry and maple syrup. Discover the tranquility of rural Sauk county with a tour of this unique farm then spice up your day with a hands-on fermented sriracha making class with farm grown ingredients and take home a jar to enjoy.






Four Elements Organic Farm is Jane Hawley Steven’s and David Steven’s 130-acre farm, set in the pristine Baraboo Bluffs of Wisconsin, and designated as one of the “Last Great Places” by the Nature Conservancy. Certified organic since 1990, they still grow diverse species from which plants are carefully selected to produce herbal products from the fields, prairies and woodlands of the farm.

This class begins with a tour of the farm, so dress appropriately.
Each attendee will make and take home some sriracha.
This is a hands-on class.
