Hot Sauce Class & Fermentation Brunch

Enjoy a menu of chili polenta cakes; sausage patties seasoned with powdered fermented chilies; double-yolk duck eggs that have been cooked sous vide. A spread of fermented hot sauces adorn every table. Juice, water, and coffee available. After breakfast, learn how to make your own fermented hot sauce and leave with your bottle of hot-sauce-in-waiting.
